Nick Boekenoogen’s Inspector Certifications
Nick Boekenoogen is our owner/operator, and as such, he’s gathered several industry certifications. Nick truly cares about getting the job done correctly, and that’s the reason he’s become a Master Inspector. With more than 18 years of home inspecting experience, he’s seen just about everything and nothing surprises him!
InterNACHI is one of the world’s most prestigious certification programs for home inspecting. To achieve the rank of a Certified Master Inspector®, Nick first had to become a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)®. The CMI® course is open to all home inspectors with three years or more of experience, but most inspectors stop after they’ve earned their CPI certificate. This shows how dedicated Nick is to his field.
