Re-Inspection Policy

Most repair items can be verified by the buyer and/or buyer representative or via contractor receipts. However, If you require a re-inspection by your inspector, they can be performed as follows:
Re-inspections can only be performed Monday – Friday on vacant houses only during normal business hours. Access must be provided via an ARMLS lockbox with CBS code provided or a contractor lockbox only.  No appointments or meetings will be made.  The list of items to be re-inspected should be emailed to along with all receipts & documentation of the repairs. $150 payment must be made in advance by credit card.

If you require an appointment, we will schedule it based upon the inspection calendar availability and the charge will be $250.
